The Beginning – We were founded in Murray, KY in 1937 on family values and with one 1936 Ford truck by the late L.W. Paschall and his wife, Mary Frank Paschall. By 1972, the company grew to 35 employees and over 100 pieces of equipment and expanded to Louisville, St. Louis and Memphis. By 1982, the company was providing truckload services to the 31 easternmost states. In 1986, we expanded into cross-border and began servicing Canada and Mexico, along with the entire continental U.S.
ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) – In 2013, 100% of our stock was transferred to its employees through an ESOP. By placing the future of the company in the hands of its employees, we’ve ensured that each individual is personally invested in its success. The advantage of working with an ESOP company, is that our success is determined by your success. Each of us go out of our way to ensure we provide the best service as possible.
Asset Integration – We’re fully integrated with “Top 100 Carriers” such as Paschall Trucklines and Transportation Distribution Company! Having these shippers as a resource strengthens our capacity and helps us serve customers throughout the U.S. and cross-border!
