Active MC Authority
Valid motor carrier authority with no suspensions or revocations.
Adequate Insurance
Minimum $1M auto liability, $100K cargo insurance — must be current.
ELD Compliant
Operating with ELD-compliant systems for real-time HOS and location data.
Safety Rating
Satisfactory or equivalent safety rating from FMCSA.
Highway Verified
Able to complete Highway carrier verification and monitoring enrollment.
